Music During Sunday Worship
We welcome all to join with us in music, no matter one's ability, to make a joyful noise in the presence of the Lord.
We strive to include a wide range of music in the weekly worship service at the First Congregational Church of Stoughton. We have made an effort not to limit ourselves only to old familiar hymns, but to seek out new and meaningful music. Whether it is centuries-old hymns, contemporary praise music, or anything in between, our hope is to become closer with God through music. We regularly use piano and organ to accompany singing in worship, and on special occasions we have guest musicians from in and around our community.

Choir
The choir is a warm and inviting group who welcomes everyone with a love of music, regardless of experience or ability. It is led by our Music Director, Christopher Nickelson-Mann, and sings weekly during Sunday worship. The choir rehearses on the first and third Wednesday of every month from 7 to 9pm and meets again on Sunday mornings at 8:30am. If you are interested in finding out more about the choir, please feel free to contact the Music Director.
