On behalf
of the members and friends of the First Congregational Church of Stoughton,
United Church of
Christ, I welcome you to our website! We hope these web pages offer you a glimpse of the life and ministries of this very special faith community. We also hope that, after getting a taste of our church through this website, you will want to learn more by visiting us in person and joining us for any of our services, programs, and activities. We are located at 76 Pierce Street in Stoughton, a few blocks from the center of town. We gather each Sunday morning at 10:00 for worship. Our church is handicap accessible, and Assisted Listening Devices and large print bulletins are available. There is nursery care for the littlest ones, and children begin in the sanctuary and participate in the first part of worship. (Children also participate in communion, which is celebrated the first Sunday of each month.) After “A Time for All” (the children’s message), children then go downstairs to their Sunday School classes. In addition to Sunday morning worship, we offer many other opportunities for Christian education, spiritual deepening, and fellowship. You can find more information about our ministries and programs in our monthly newsletter, The Link. If you have any questions regarding our church, or if we can provide any additional information, please email me at revjeanlenk@uccstoughton.org, and I will respond as quickly as possible. As an alternative, please feel free to call the church office at 781-344-2371, or contact me directly at 781-344-2395. Faithfully,
Rev. Jean Niven Lenk
