Consist of three Active/Associate
members, with one member selected by the Minister.
- Address and, if necessary, mediate
the concerns of the Minister or any other person associated with the church. The Committee
will not consider anonymous concerns and all meetings are closed and strictly
confidential.
- Meet every other month or more
often, if necessary, to hear any relative issues from the Minister or the congregation.
- Encourage the Minister's
professional growth and well being and promote mutual ministry between minister and
congregation.
