The Memorial Gifts Committee

The Memorial Gifts Committee shall:

Consist of The Historian and two Active/Associate members elected at the Annual Program Meeting.
Administer the memorial funds and recommend expenditures to the Board of Trustees for approval, approve all memorial gifts and determine if said gifts are suitable and appropriate to accept.
Maintain a "Wish List". A wish list is a listing of church improvement projects, equipment, resources, supplies, services or mission projects the church needs or supports.
Meet with any person who may wish to consider bequeathing money to the church.
All gifts shall be properly acknowledged by a member of the committee and recorded in the Book of Remembrances. Acknowledgment should be made to the donor and to a member of the family of the person in whose memory the gift is made.
